This website as the part of IndoTravelOnline is provided by team division to facilitate travelers tour object packages and move among Bali – Nusa Lembongan – Gili Island – Lombok Island, either by fast boat transfer or combined flight transfer.

Why should I book with ?

IndoTravelOnline team has many years experience and expertise in tourism within the area. The team is well known favourites sightseeing object and fast boat transfer services. The booking and payment system are never stop developed to meet customer’s satisfactory and trust.

How do I know the payment is secure?

Your online payment for transport service will be processed by Paypal, the world’s most secure online payment processor. In addition, Paypal provides buyer protection system. Buyer can claim their money back if there is a scam or fraudulent action from seller.

What do you do with my personal information?

We use your personal information to provide the product or service you have requested. In the unlikely event of legal case, we may use your personal information for legal process if requested. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.


Fast Boat

What is fast boat?

Fast boat in this area refers to a medium size, fiber made vessel with capacity of 30 – 90 seats, powered by 800 – 2000 HP engines. There is also upper deck where people can sit while enjoying the outdoor scenes and wind instead of sitting on the cushion at lower deck, and also a toilet.

Fast boat runs at about 30 knots, giving the transfer time between Bali and Gili/Lombok around 1 hr 15 minutes (fast run, normal condition, via Padangbai harbor) or 2 hours (fast run, normal condition, via Sanur or Serangan harbor).

How to get to the harbor from my hotel?

We provide shuttle service to transfer you between the hotel and the harbor. This shuttle is free for certain areas, or with additional charge if out of coverage areas.

Do you offer airport transfer?

We offer the transfer between the airport and fast boat harbor. The airport transfer may free or require additional fee based on the arrival / departure schedule. We will inform you immediately if there any additional fees.


Tour Packages

When do I receive confirmation of my booking?

Most tours are confirmed at time of booking. However some activities will be confirmed within 72 hours. If confirmation or otherwise is not received within 72 hours, please contact our Customer Service for further assistance.

What do I do with the voucher?

The voucher includes important information on how to take the activity and also contact information of the activity provider. Please follow these information, In any case, you must print your voucher and bring it with you.

Do I have to print the voucher?

Yes. If you don’t have any means to print your voucher, please contact our Customer Service who will try to fax it to you. Without the voucher, you may not be permitted to join the tour. In most cases, the local provider will require you to redeem this voucher and show a valid photo ID for verification.

Where is the meeting point for my tour?

The starting point can be found in the Product Details section, on the tour information page. For many destinations and activities, the pick up is included.

If you need directions to this point, you can contact the local service provider 24 to 48 hours prior to your confirmed departure date – you will find their phone number on your voucher.

How can I book the tour / accommodation / ticket for group? Do you have discount for group?

LombokTourTravel accepts online bookings for certain number of participants through the website. If your number is larger, or if you are not sure about booking for your group, you can also contact us by email or phone.
We can arrange discounts or special services for groups.


Book, Confirmation, Cancellation

How to book a fast boat or tour package?

Simply fill out the form on the left side of this website and follow the step-by-step of reservation. An e-ticket or e-voucher will be sent to your email shortly after you finished the form.
If you don’t want to use the form and prefer to write us an email or text, you can do so. We will reply your message promptly.

What should I do after making a reservation?

Once you’ve completed the form and made the payment you will receive a confirmation email about your reservation. On the next minutes you will receive a fast boat ticket / voucher. You may print the ticket / voucher and use it for check in. Please note that we always manually check for each fast boat reservation to examine your pickup / drop off location and flight connection if any before confirm an e-ticket. We do this check on normal work hours (05.00 AM – 10.00 PM local time), so if you make the reservation during off hours you may receive the ticket in the next few hours.

What should I do if I don’t receive confirmation email for my booking?

Please check your spam (junk) folder in your email account. If you still can’t find it, please contact us through email or contact form on this website.

How long I should wait for the ticket or voucher after I made the payment?

We will manually check your reservation to make sure your trip will be good (we review your hotel location and flight time if any). If everything is good we normally send the ticket in less than a minute. Please understand we currently work on local normal working hours. If you make the reservation during off hours we may send the ticket or voucher on daytime. Our working hours is 05.00 AM – 10.00 PM. Our time zone is GMT+8.

What if I have specific requirements or special needs?

Can I change the dates of my trip?

Dates change is allowed if there any available seats on the new dates. Please contact us by email, through contact form, or by phone (0370) 693764.

Payment and Fees

What currency to use to make a reservation?

Our prices are based on Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you request an invoice in other currency, we will calculate it based on IDR price.
For fast boat and tour package booking, the price would be based on each hotel terms.

How do you calculate the exchange rates?

We use Paypal for accepting payment online. Paypal applies lower currency exchange with about 2.5% – 3% lower margin compared with standard exchange rate. Simply said, our price would be 2.5% – 3% higher if it is converted into another currency than Indonesian Rupiah.

I cannot use my credit card to make payment. What should I do?

Why do the prices differ from the last time I checked the website?

Our price is quite stable and is rarely changed, but we use the currency exchange live feed from third party which may changes several times a day.
