Lombok Meeting Package 4 days - 3 nights

Peaceful situation and complete accommodation are the main reasons why most of the companies have their meeting in Lombok Island. Every year the number of visitor in a group is increased. Many companies make Lombok Island as their outing and meeting destination because Lombok offers unspoiled nature. In general, the holiday programs which are conducted by government agencies and private companies are specified in two types. Holiday with special purpose such as meeting package and holiday programs devoted to make employees feel fresh. The beauty and tranquil of this island motivates us to create two types of holiday program which are designed especially for government agencies and private companies. The programs that we offer are meeting package and outing. Meeting program is usually conducted in the framework of company’s performance evaluation for one year or to make an analysis to increase the company forward. Outing programs conducted for all employees in a company in order to freshen up and improve morale.

Day 01 : Airport - Hotel

Our staff is waiting on the airport for welcome greeting and then you will be transferred to hotel for checking in. The meeting has already prepared and can be started in the afternoon.

Day 02 : Meeting Program

Meeting program will be started after breakfast at 08:30 AM until 05:00 PM. At 07:00 PM we will bring you to the Lombok restaurant for dinner. The dinner program will be finished at 09:00 PM, the next program is free.

Day 03 : Meeting Program

Continued and finished the meeting program. Meeting program on the second day will be finished at 05:00 PM. The next program is dinner, we will bring you to special restaurant in Lombok where we can get the special grilled chicken menu “Ayam Taliwang”.

Day 04 : Check Out - City Tour

After breakfast we will bring you to check out of the hotel and invite you to join us on a city tour program. Through this program you can see Malimbu beach, Baun Pusuk forest with friendly monkeys, Narmada Park, Mayura Park and Pura Linsar. On the way back to the airport, you can ask your guide to stop at the shops in Lombok to buy some souvenirs.
