Reservation
Lombok tour travel accept all reservation by email, fax and sms to include name of sender, residential address, arrival/departure planning, number of participant, flight detail and also the program will be booked.

Confirmation
We will send you the confirmation via email or fax within 24 hours. If you get a confirmation via sms, please ask another confirmation by email or fax as your authentic evidence.

Cancellation
Full refund apply for cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival.
For cancellation made 14 days (two weeks) prior to arrival, we will charge 15% from the total amount for the the booking fees and administration costs .
For cancellation made 7 days (one week) prior to arrival, we will charge 25% from the total amount.
No refund for cancellation made in within 4 days prior to your arrival.

Payments Method
We will ask full payment for hotel reservation one and half month before arrival. For the program like trekking, tour packages, transfer by fast boats, cars rental and others program, we apply 50% for deposit and the remaining paid on arrival.

Tour rates include: Transportation as indicated in the program. For individual travelers, driver, guide are used whilst in the case of group of minimum 15 passengers, qualified English speaking guide are used, and also available German, Japan, Dutch & Italian speaking guide. Admission fees, entrance fees, meal when indicated in the programs.

Hotels and Accommodation
We provide international standard hotels are based on sharing in air conditioned, twin bed or single king size bed rooms with private bath or shower unless otherwise indicated single rooms supplements are indicated.
